• One strategy/check-in call per month
• Ongoing donor database help (tagging, segmentation, reports)

Up to 8 hours/month 

For organizations $50K–$150K/year ready to elevate their fundraising and visibility. 

Includes everything in Root, plus:

• Major donor prospecting & call coaching
• Event strategy (1–2 planning sessions per year)
• 4+ grant applications annually
• One annual board training session
• Light donor pipeline tracking or moves management setup

Up to 10 hours/month 

For organizations $150K–$250K/year building a full development engine.

Includes everything in Growth, plus:

• Major gifts program design
• Full annual fundraising calendar creation & oversight
• 6–8 grant applications/year
• Monthly board or staff training session
• Capital campaign readiness/planning (if needed)
